Love the new design mate, as usual it's amazing, however can I suggest a couple points please just to annoy you and give you more work to do!
1) An email notification (optional) on replies to threads you've posted in, might generate a little more traffic in the long run
2) The links on the front page are a little confusing at first, I would suggest adding them as well to the top right menu with the home link for ease of navigation for newer members.

Yeah, the fora are the main thing left to work on - things like editing and mail notification, that kinda stuff.
You mean it's not obvious that the headings link to the various sections? Hrm - I'll think about that...

To be honest mate, no they're not, once you realise it they're a great idea, but I guess somepeople might not spot it as they look more like headings than links...
Just an observation

Well, i noticed this, but then i am immensly smart ;)
I agree with mr. Blind Fool that a seperate menu thing might be a good addition. It's what people expect on a website afterall.

Also... uhm... the reply texarea could be a bit bigger. Right now it's two rows and 17 characters big :p

Not much better on Firefox either, and I;m smart too hence me finding the links, but you have to feel sorry for the guys with IQ's under 140 :p

Okay, all changed to "more" links underneath - is that any better?
Oh, and I've increased the textbox size too.
Happy now? :P

Yes, although the forum thread list could do with being newest at the top not the bottom, fine now but in the future it might become painful!

Yeah, yeah - it works. I'll add the niceness later :P
